Jeffrey Mason Linn
Port St. Lucie, FL - Jeffrey Mason Linn, 65, passed away April 15, 2015 at Treasure Coast Hospice amongst family and friends after a brief battle with kidney cancer.
Mr. Jeff Linn was born in Huntingdon, PA on November 1, 1949 and was the son of the late Merrill and Pauline Linn. After 22 years with the United States Navy, he retired to Elizabeth City, NC. He went to work for the Elizabeth City Pasquotank School System as a HVAC technician and joined the Dare County Public School System in 2007 and relocated to Manteo, NC. In 2010, Jeff retired from the school system and moved to Port St. Lucie, FL to be closer to his children.
Surviving are his sons, Andrew Linn and Sean Linn; daughter, Tara Linn- Pickens; sisters, Barbara Pellowitz and Susan Appleby; four nephews and their families.
Jeff’s passion was photography and he won numerous awards and recognitions with his art. Jeff will always be remembered by family and friends for his warm, humble, and generous demeanor.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 27, 2015 at 11:15 AM at the South Florida National-Veterans Administration Cemetery at 6501 State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449.
Friends may join the family Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 3 to 5 PM for a Celebration of Life at the Haisley Funeral and Cremation Service Tribute Center at 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL.
