Jimmie Howard Slone

Jimmie Howard Slone, age 81, passed away on April 5, 2017 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Ft. Pierce.
Mr. Slone was born in Elkhorn City, KY and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1960. He was a member of Southside Christian Church, avid University of Kentucky basketball fan, and enjoyed gardening, landscaping, and fishing.
Survivors include his sons; Rick (Lynn) Slone and Brandon (Jodee) Slone; brothers, Winford Slone, David Sanders, and Robert Sanders; sisters, Geraldine Marshall and Betty Sanders. In addition, he is survived by grandchildren; Cody Slone, Lisa Meinsen, Arie Slone, and Joshua Slone. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Rosemary Slone and his mother, Madge Justice.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981 www.TCHospice.org .
Services: Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
