Joan F. Buckley, age 83, died Saturday, January 26, 2013 in Ft. Pierce.
Ms. Buckley was born in New York City and moved to Ft. Pierce over 30 years ago.
She was a member of St. Marks Catholic Church and the International Executive House Keepers Association. She retired from St. Lucie Medical Center as director of housekeeping after over 20 years of dedicated service. She also enjoyed arts and crafts.
She is survived by her brother; John Buckley of Lynbrook, NY and nieces and nephews; Mary Kate Buckley, Megan Buckley, Michelle Buckley, Morgan Smithwick, Aidan Smithwick, Cathleen Buckley, and Jane Marie Smithwick.
Services: Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 10-11AM in the Haisley Funeral Home Chapel with service following at 11AM. Interment will be held at White City Cemetery.
