Joan Daisy Howell Kirby, 73, of Fort Pierce, Florida, entered the gates of Heaven on April 20, 2021. Joan was born February 20, 1948 in Vero Beach, Florida.
She is survived by her brother, Marlon Howell (Patty), her sister, Sandy Kallam (Frank), her daughters, Claudia Webb (Tate), and Jeneen Yetter (Billy), her son, Phillip Kirby (Kristie), and her 3 grandsons, Heath Webb, Dalton Webb, and Blake Yetter.
Joan was predeceased by her father, Claude O. Howell, and her mother, Daisy Ragin.
She spent most of her adult life as a licensed Cosmetologist and was the owner of Tangles Hair Salon and Scruples Gift Shop.
She was quite social and thoroughly enjoyed spending her time with family and friends.
A memorial will take place at a later time.
