John B. “Jack” Wagner, 78, died on November 30, 2006 in Fort Pierce, Florida.Mr. Wagner was born in Pleasantville, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce 15 years ago coming from Warren, Pennsylvania.He was employed by GTE Sylvania in Pleasantville, Pennsylvania and Warren, Pennsylvania for 31 years as an accountant, worked at United Refinery, Warren, Pennsylvania and worked at Fairwinds Golf Course, Ft. Pierce. He also volunteered for the St. Lucie County Sheriffs Department in the C.O.P. program for a number of years.He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy on the aircraft carrier, U.S.S. Saipan & the U.S.S. Coral Sea during the Korean War.Survivors include his wife, Shirley Eilers Wagner of Ft. Pierce, FL; sons, Rick Wagner of Warren, PA, Ronald Wagner of Warren, PA and Gary Wagner of Pittsfield, PA; daughter, Lisa Fiorella of Vero Beach, FL and 7 granddaughters.
