John F. “Jack” De Garmo, 81, died February 14, 2008 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Mr. De Garmo was born in Bay Shore, New York and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1994 coming from Babylon, New York.
He owned a bus company and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Rose Marie De Garmo of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Susan De Garmo of Baltimore, MD and Catherine De Garmo of Utica, NY; sons, John Louis De Garmo of West Islip, NY and Richard De Garmo of Oak Lawn, IL; sister, Jean Hocter of Babylon, NY; and 7 grandchildren.Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
