John H. Stamm, Sr., 97, died September 27, 2011 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Stamm was born in Redding, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1958.
He was an automotive machinist. He supported local race track, racing in Saint Lucie County and was an extreme car enthusiast.
Survivors include his sons, Ralph H. Stamm of Denver, PA and John H. Stamm, Jr. of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Sandra Santiago of Boynton Beach, FL, Sharon Stamm of Ft. Pierce, FL and Nancy Stamm of Ft. Pierce, FL; grandchildren, Denise Dillon, John G. Stamm, Sherry Mooney and John William Stamm all of Ft. Pierce, FL; Rodney Stamm of West Lawn, PA, Ralph Stamm of Blandon, PA, Luis M. Maldonado, Sr. of St. Augustine, FL, Marianne Santiago of Boynton Beach, FL, Mariana Wetherbee of New Jersey, Jo Ann Roach of New Jersey, and John E. Robertson of New Jersey; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathleen A. Sutton and son, David Stamm.
