John Henry Fenton

John H. Fenton, age 89, died on March 2, 2008 in Fort Pierce, FL. He was born in Bridgeport, CT and moved here in 1980, coming from Trumbull, CT.He was employed by the Remington Arms ammunition company in Bridgeport, CT, for 46 years as the manager of order sales. He graduated from the University of Bridgeport Magna cum Laude. He served in the US Air Force in WWII in the European Theatre as a staff sergeant.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Esther G. Fenton of Fort Pierce; sons, Jeff Fenton of Germantown, TN, William Fenton of Sylvania, OH; daughter, Jill Snyders of Port St. Lucie; sister, Sister John Marita; Brother, Edward Fenton; and 6 grandchildren.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1100 SE Ocean Blvd., Stuart, FL 34996.Friends may call on Wednesday, March 5, from 5-8 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. There will be a Vigil Service at 5PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mark’s Catholic Church on Thursday, March 6, at 10 AM.
