Survivors include his wife, Kristy O’Neal of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Katelyn (David) Chu of Winter Park, FL; son, Travis (Deborah) Hicks of Vero Beach, FL; mother, Shirley Hicks of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Jeromy Hicks of Fort Pierce, FL; sister-in-law, Melissa Hicks of Fort Pierce and granddaughter, Lilliana Chu.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
