John Howard Dupree

John Howard Dupree, 76, died February 1, 2007 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.Mr. Dupree was born in Cordele, Georgia and was a lifetime resident of Vero Beach, Florida.He worked for Indian River Associates, Veteran of U.S. Air Force from 1951 to 1955 and saw duty in the European theatre and Korean War, graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1951, and loved animals.Survivors include his wife, Shirley Dupree of Ft. Pierce, FL; brothers-in-law, Bob and Tim Cole; sisters-in-law, Nancy Allison, Sharon Smith and Marilyn Cole; he was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas & Ina and sisters, Jane Johnson, Joyce English and Virginia Allison.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society (St. Lucie) 3375 20th Street, Suite 100, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
