Mr. Francis was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1978 coming from Pennsylvania.He was a truck driver. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Barbara A. Francis of Ft. Pierce, FL; sons, Robert Francis of Stuart, FL, Raymond Francis of Lake Worth, FL, and Edwin Francis of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Deborah Fairchild of Vero Beach, FL, Joan DeMaio of Boynton Beach, FL, Karen Crownover of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Jacqueline Holdworth of Pittsburgh, PA; brothers, William and B.J. Francis both of Pittsburgh, PA; sister, Ruth Luffey of Pittsburgh, PA; fifteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
