John Joseph Houghtaling, 92, died June 17, 2009 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Houghtaling was born in Kansas City, Missouri and moved to Ft. Pierce in 2002 coming from Miami, Florida.
He was the inventor of the Magic Fingers Vibrating Bed and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps serving during WWII.
Survivors include his daughter, Alison Lincoln of Miami, FL; sons, John Houghtaling of Franklin Lakes, NJ, Mark Houghtaling of Miami, FL, Paul Houghtaling of Alexandria, VA and Chris Houghtaling of Miami, FL; and 4 grandchildren.
