John E Leonard

John E. Leonard, 67, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away December 4, 2015.

Mr. Leonard was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He was a graduate of Rutgers University.
John moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida from Lavallette, New Jersey in 1987.

John was a retired educator, teaching students in both New Jersey and Florida for 35 years. He coached high school football, wrestling and tennis. He was also a coach for girl’s Little League Softball.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Cathy Leonard; daughters Jessica Leonard of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and Megan Leonard D'Amico of Texas; as well as three grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Haisley Tribute Center, 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34984 on Friday, December 11, 2015 from 5 Pm – 7PM. Service to follow at 7 PM.
