John M. Pfoh

John M. Pfoh age 95, formerly of Islip, NY and Fort Pierce, FL, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2016 with his longtime faithful companion, Carol Grbac by his side.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy and his sons Lawrence Pfoh, Vincent Young and daughter in law Kristine Pfoh. He is survived by his sons, John (Sandy), Tom (Jeannie), and daughter in law Laurette Young; grandchildren, Jennifer, Timothy, Elizabeth, John Thomas, Corey, Christopher, Kathryn and Heather; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Elena, Ryan, Sydney, Perrin and Olive.
John was a World War II Veteran and served in the 96th Bomb Wing of the 8th Air Force. He was good at fixing anything that needed fixing which his family and friends were very grateful for.
A Memorial Service will be held at Haisley Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, Florida at 11:00 am on Monday, December 19th with visitation prior to the service. There will also be a graveside memorial and internment in New York at a later date.
