John T. "Jack" Kelley

John “Jack” Kelley, 76, died November 1, 2006 in Fort Pierce, Florida.Jack Kelley was born in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Ft. Pierce 26 years ago coming from Farmington, Connecticut.
He served as a firefighter for the City of Hartford Fire Department for 25 years, was a Past President of the Firefighters Union, Chief of Security for the Ft. Pierce Jai-Alai Fronton, Veteran of the U.S. Army, member of several Hartford, Connecticut community club’s & organizations and he loved to play golf.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially the love of his life, Rosemary.Survivors include his wife, Rosemary of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughters, Amy Lynn and husband, Fraser of Alpharetta, GA and Jody Gavin of Ocala, FL; son, John Kelley III of Gainesville, FL; sister, Dolores Gallon of Naples, FL; grandchildren, Alexander & Erika Lynn and Kristen & Sean Gavin.He was preceded in death by his son, Tyler.Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Lucie County Fire District, (In Memory of Jack Kelley) 2400 Rhode Island Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 34950.
