Jose D. Torres Sr

Jose D. Torres Sr., 75, of Port St. Lucie, passed on Monday, March 12, 2018, at his home.

He was born December 18, 1942, in Valverde Mao, Dominican Republic, the son of the late Francisco E. and Dolores (Jimenez) Torres. He was a long time resident of Lawrence, Ma, coming to Port St. Lucie in 2005.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a security guard for several businesses in the Greater Lawrence area.

Jose is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mirna M. (Acosta) Torres of Port St. Lucie; Sons, Jose D. Torres Jr. of Lawrence,MA, and Jorge Torres of Port St. Lucie; a daughter, Mirna M. Torres of Port St. Lucie; grandchildren, Ashya Torres of Manchester, NH, Carmella Torres of Clover, SC, Asialis Torres of N. Andover, Ma, Eliana Torres of Massachusetts and Robi Julia of Port St. Lucie; a great granddaughter, Anastasia Jane Jamerson of Manchester, NH; brothers and sisters, Asia, Miledis, Thelma, Clarimel, Tatica, Claridonia, Rolando and Miladys; numerous nieces and nephews.
