Joseph Anthony Pecora, age 85, died on January 19, 2011 in Fort Pierce, FL. He was born in Yonkers, NY and moved to Port St. Lucie 5 years ago coming from Margate, FL.
He was a high school teacher and an avid musician.
He is survived by his son, Al Pecora of Pompano Beach, FL; his daughter, Amy Conza of Parkland, FL; his companion, Rita Best of Port St. Lucie, FL; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Pecora, son, Chris Pecora and daughter, Susan Pecora.

There will be a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
