Joseph E. Davis

Mr. Davis was born in Macon, Georgia and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1986 coming from Marianna, FL.He was in the broadcasting industry all his life. He was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, 3rd Degree & 4th Degree Santa Lucia Assembly, and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Gerry Davis of Port St. Lucie, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Donnie & Paige Blazer of Chattanooga, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Vicki & George Beard of Nashville, TN; son and daughter-in-law, David & Cathy Blazer of Wilmington, NC; daughter, Mary Jo Slate of Nashville, TN; son, Joe Blazer of Ft. Pierce, FL; brother, Billy Davis of Santee, SC; sister, Betty Land of Macon, GA; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and he was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Blazer and daughter, Debbie Lewis.
