JOSEPH FRANCIS LINCOLN
Joseph Francis Lincoln, 72, died January 30, 2009, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Lincoln was born in Riverside, New Jersey and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1952, coming from Delanco, NJ.
He was the owner/operator of Lincoln Trucking Co., a member of the Baptist faith, veteran of the US Army, loved to race his stock cars at the Fort Pierce Speedway and enjoyed fishing and shooting pool.
Survivors include his son, Wayne Lincoln of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Janet Lewis of Dunellon, FL; sister, Dorothy Morton of Fort Pierce, FL; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph F. and Emma Lincoln, Sr., his son, Jody Lincoln and grandson, Wayne Lincoln, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Joe Lincoln Memorial Fund c/o Wayne Lincoln, 6327 Lenape Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4th from 10 to 11:00 PM at the Haisley Funeral Home Chapel, with a Service to be conducted at 11:00 PM. Interment to follow at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL. Those unable to attend may sign the guestbook at www.haisleyfuneralhome.com
