Joseph John Krause, Jr., 74, died September 4, 2011, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Krause was born in Janesville, Wisconsin, and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1971, coming from Janesville, WI.
He owned and operated Krause’s Coin Laundry in Fort Pierce for 33 years, served in the US Army, was a member of First United Methodist Church and was a diehard NASCAR fan.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Maureen Krause of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Candice Porter of Jacksonville, FL and Lisa Helseth of Fort Pierce, FL; and 2 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Joe’s memory to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981.
Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Services.
