Joseph J. Rivera, 93, passed away March 20, 2017 at his home.
Mr. Rivera moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida a few months ago, coming from Orlando, Florida.
Joseph was a veteran of the United States Navy and served proudly during World War II.
Survivors include; sons, Mickey (Chiqui) Rivera of Port Saint Lucie, Florida and Ronald D. Rivera of Miramar, Florida; grandchildren, Michael (Suzette) Rivera of Ocala, Florida, Steven (Jamie) Rivera of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Christian (Olivia) Rivera of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ronald Francis Rivera of Miramar, Florida and Tatiana Rivera, also of Miramar, Florida; great-grandchildren, Zoey Rivera, Liam Rivera and Cameron Rivera; as well as several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Hilda E. Rivera.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 1PM to 3PM with a service starting at 3PM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34984.
