Joyce F Nipper

Joyce F. Nipper, 82, peacefully passed way April 24, 2025 in Fort Pierce, Florida surrounded by loved ones.

Mrs. Nipper was born in Saugerties, New York and moved to Fort Pierce in 1972 coming from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Mrs. Nipper worked for the St. Lucie County education system for over 30 years. She served as a librarian for Bayshore Elementary School. When not working, she was heavily involved in the local Little League. After retirement, she volunteered frequently at F.K Sweet Magnet Elementary School.

She enjoyed spending quality time with friends and family by going to local plays and restaurants. She was always there when someone was in need.

Survivors include son William H. Nipper Jr. (Kimberly), granddaughters, Kelsey Nipper of Athens, Georgia and Lauren Nipper of Fort Pierce, Florida, and sister Darlene Milian (Jerry) of Buford, Georgia.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William H. Nipper Sr. and son, Michael Nipper.

When you think of her, we request that you think of what she always shared with everyone; that each day, you should learn at least one new thing. Then, each day you live, you will have been the smartest version of yourself.
