Judy was born and raised in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
She loved being a mother, loved horses and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her son Scott Anthony Smith of Ft. Pierce, FL; companion Robert Anthony Burch of Ft. Pierce, FL; mother Carolyn Smith of Ft. Pierce, FL; step-father Michael Feger of Ft. Pierce, FL; father William Wise of Ohio; sisters Sarah Wise of Ohio and Samantha White of Ft. Pierce, FL; paternal grandmother Sylvia Feger of New York. She was preceded in death by her brother Scott Louis Smith, maternal grandfather John Louis Panzone, maternal grandmother Sylvia Egan, and paternal grandfather Earl Feger.
Services: A visitation will be held on Monday October 17, 2011 from 11AM-1PM with a service to follow at 1:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at White City Cemetery.
