Julie Marie Tingley (Bressett), a devoted mother, community leader, and passionate advocate for women and children, passed away unexpectedly on April 6, 2025, at the age of 44 in her hometown of Tampa, Florida.

Born on November 28, 1980, in Vero Beach, Florida, Julie was a proud graduate of Vero Beach High School and Stetson University. She began her professional journey in pharmaceutical sales and later became a dynamic force in the Tampa Bay area as a businesswoman, philanthropist, writer, and nonprofit founder.

Julie was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church and a guiding light in her community. She helped launch KNOW Women in both Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida—an initiative dedicated to empowering and elevating female entrepreneurs. She was also the visionary behind Wee Macree, a give-back collective designed to support families and children in need. Her entrepreneurial spirit was matched only by her compassion and tireless dedication to making a difference.

Known for her love of health, fitness, and wellness, Julie embraced life with energy and grace. She was a true super mom, a loyal friend, and a mentor to many. Her generosity was unwavering, and she gave from the heart—always without expectation.

Julie’s impact will live on through the countless lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a beacon of strength, kindness, and inspiration.

Survivors include her husband, Ken Tingley; daughters, Ella Grace and Kate Elizabeth all of Tampa, FL; mother, Cynthia (Keith) Hedrick of Fort Pierce, FL; father, David (Mireille) Bressett of Vero Beach, FL; mother-in-law, Martha Tingley of Sorrento, FL; brother, David (Meredith Egan) Bressett, Jr of Vero Beach, FL; brothers-in-law, Scott (Stephanie) Tingley and Wade (Carol) Tingley; uncles & aunts, Mary Ann Simpson, Kathleen (Thayer) Kern, Robert Bressett, and William Bressett. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary & Leonard Toomey and Mary & Clarence Bressett.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Christ the King Church, 821 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33609.
