June Marie Cheatham
On May 31, June Marie Cheatham "crossed the river" at her beloved home on the St. Lucie River. A fiercely independent woman and entrepreneur, she was a lifelong resident of Ft. Pierce who loved its' beautiful coast, river and nature. Most importantly to June, she was a mother, grandmother, and friend to countless others whose lives she touched.
She is predeceased by her beloved daughter Donna June, and survived by sons Chip (Ken), Tommy (Tracey) and Craig (Sadie); daughters Joette Cheatham and Terri Padrick (Billy); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews including her niece and treasured friend Kim Pfister, sister Carol Kelly and brother Donald Myers.
June lived, loved and celebrated life to its' fullest on her own terms and it is fitting that she also departed this life in the same way.

Her children, along with their families welcome those who knew June to join them in celebrating the life of this most remarkable mother and patriarch at Cobb's Landing on Friday, June 6, 2014 between 4pm and 7pm.
