Kassiday Lyn Ellmers

Kassiday L. Ellmers, 25, of Ft. Pierce, fought a long, hard battle with addiction, which ended peacefully in Boca Raton, FL on March 20, 2016.

She was born November 5, 1990, in Ft. Pierce, the daughter of Kurt E. and Barbara (St. Amand) Ellmers. She was a lifelong resident of Ft. Pierce.

Kassiday had been employed as a cosmetics sales representative for Macy's in Boca Raton.

She had a love for make-up, cats and her soul mate, Ryan Sterling.

Kassiday is survived by her parents, Kurt E. and Barbara (St. Amand) Ellmers of ft. Pierce; her sister, Courtney A. and her husband, Matt Jonas of Stuart; paternal grandfather, Herbert R. Ellmers and his wife, Donna, Ft. pierce; maternal grandfather, Joseph Paul St. Amand of Sebastian; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. She is also survived by her littles, Chi Chi and Izzy.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a time of remembrance on Friday, April 1, 2016, from 6pm to 8pm in the Chapel of the Haisley Funeral Home, 3015 Okeechobee Rd., Ft. Pierce.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kassiday's memory to your local Humane Society.
