Katarzyna M. “Kate” O’Connor, 40, died December 14, 2010 in Ft. Pierce, FL.
Kate O’Connor was born in Katowice, Poland and moved to Port St. Lucie 12 years ago coming from West Palm Beach, Florida.
She received her 4 year degree in real estate & mortgage brokery from a University in Katowice, Poland. She owned Acceptance Mortgage Company and Euro K International Real Estate and presently was working for Seacoast National Bank. She volunteered with Main Street, Sunrise Theatre, and Missoula Children’s Theatre. She was also active in the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce and was also active in many political campaigns.
Survivors include her daughter, Shannon O’Connor of Port St. Lucie, FL; mother, Eleonora Webb of Las Vegas, NV, companion, Dylan Moore of Port St. Lucie, and her sister, Jolanta Malley of Las Vegas. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Webb.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shannon O’Connor Trust Fund and may be sent to Atty. Joe DeRoss Law Office, 426 Avenue A, Fort Pierce, FL 34950.
Services: A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2010 at 4:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A Celebration of Kate’s Life will be held at 2017 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, FL, 34950, immediately following the service.
