Kazue “Kay” More, 83, died September 26, 2010, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Kazue was born in Kobe, Japan, and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1962, coming from Norwalk, Ohio.
She was a member of Indian River Presbyterian Church, a former member of the Lions Club, former volunteer at Bayshore Elementary School and retired Administrative Assistant for the St. Lucie County School District.
Survivors include her son, Charles More of Torrance, CA; daughters, Kane More of Boca Raton, FL and Nellie More of Marietta GA; sister, Tomoko Kodama of Japan; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Chuck” More.
Memorial contributions may be made in Kazue’s memory to Indian River Presbyterian Church, 2499 Virginia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL 34982 or Treasure Coast Hospice, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981.
Visitation will be Friday, October 1st from 5 to 7:00 PM. There will be a Service on Saturday, October 2nd at 4:00 P.M., at Haisley Funeral Home Chapel.
