Kenneth Bernard Roche, Jr.

Kenneth Bernard Roche, Jr. 65, died April 9, 2006, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Martin County.He was born in Syracuse, New York and lived in Fort Pierce, FL since 1977.Ken graduated from State University Morrisville, NY with an associates degree in food tech.He retired from the City of Ft Pierce in 2003 where he worked for 18 years as a building inspector.
Survivors include his wife, Shelly Moyers Roche; daughters, Jan Zeller of Ft Pierce, FL and Melanie Davis of Port St Lucie, FL; sons, Paul Roche of Murphy, NC, Patrick Roche of Greenwood, IN, Shane Vanaman of Jacksonville, FL, and James Vanaman of Tampa, FL.Ken Roche was Johnny Appleseed – only the seeds he spread were seeds of happiness which he left with us to watch them grow. Heaven will never be the same upon his arrival.Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Haisley Funeral Home with a reception to follow after the service.
