Kristina Linn Loupe, age 54, passed away January 27th, 2018 at Martin Memorial hospital in Stuart, Florida. She was being visited by all of her family and friends the day that she passed away and was able to say her farewells to those closest to her.
Kris was born on November 6th, 1963 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to parents Dennis Knowles and Carole Knowles (Patrick). She was a friend to so many and is beloved by all of those whose paths she had crossed. On February 19, 2003 she happily married the love of her life, Michael Anthony Loupe, and inherited a whole new and very big family, the Loupes.
Her husband Michael survives her as well as their sons Randy Smith and his wife Jen, Tommy Loupe and his wife Maria, and their daughter Mandi Loupe; her little sister, Karin Gambon; also included in the family is Jessica Mascitelli who has been like a daughter to her; nieces, Christi Tallent and her husband Joseph, Cassie Loupe, Carrie Loupe; nephew, Matt Loupe; her adored grandchildren, Aubrey, Isabella, Neoh, Jace, Dante, and Haven; her brothers-in-law, Harold Loupe and his wife Donna, and Frank Loupe; best friend, Barbara Faulkner, and so many other friends and family.
She was a brilliant database administrator with a knack for problem solving. She worked at the State Attorney’s office in 1994, and the Public Defender’s office from 2000-2016, returning to the State Attorney’s office in 2016. She was very successful in her career and enjoyed the work that she did. Kris was treasured by all of her colleagues. She was down-to-earth and had such a fantastic sense of humor, her laugh will never be forgotten. She liked to be outdoors and to hunt, fish, and garden. Kris and her husband Mike enjoyed taking hunting trips to their property in Cuthbert, Georgia. She was the center of everything and she is going to be greatly missed. Kris will be loved and remembered always.
Services for Kristina Loupe will be held this Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 at Haisley Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL. Visitation will be from 3:00pm until 5:00pm. The memorial service will begin at 5:00pm with a reception to follow immediately in the Haisley reception hall.
