Mrs. Moore- Roy was born in Oak Hill, Ohio and moved to Ft. Pierce in 2002 coming from Lighthouse Point, FL.
She was an honorary member of the Florida Sheriffs Association and enjoyed gardening and watching birds.
Survivors include her husband of 15 years, James Roy, of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, Michael J Moore Sr., of Cape Coral, FL; brothers, Arnold Kelley, of Mansfield, OH and Donald Kelley, of Bellville, OH; sisters, Ann Newcomer, of Mansfield, OH, Ruth Chamberlin, of Bellville, OH, and Marilyn Craig, of Mansfield, OH; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch, P.O. Box 2000, Boys Ranch, FL, 32064-1550.
Services: A funeral service will be conducted in Mansfield, OH at Wappner Funeral Home (419) 522-5211. Local arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service. A guest book may be signed at www.haisleyfuneralhome.com .
