Born in the Dominican Republic, Lahiri would immigrate to the United States with his Mother and younger siblings. There, they grew and lived in Bronx, New York.
Lahiri is a great son of both the Dominican Republic and the United States. He infuses the greatest of each culture, and shared it with each and every community; enriching the lives he touched.
Starting out in printing, to working at Bellevue Hospital, and then for 23 years channeling his dedication through AMR paramedics working with many communities throughout Florida.
Through this, the countless lives that were saved through his actions during his career, was able to add years of boundless joy to the families whom had patients return home.
Lahiri is Survived by: Ramona Ortiz, Mother; Julie Garcia, Wife; Chris Garcia, Jonathan Garcia, Adam Sicignano, Pasquale Sicignano, Sons; Sama Garcia, Gianna Garcia, Mrinalini Garcia, Tara Garcia, Sisters; Sid Garcia, Omar Garcia, Joel Ortiz, Kabir Garcia, Brothers
Mason Sicignano, Grandson; and is survived by more family, friends, and co-workers.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 3PM-6PM with a service to start at 6PM at the Haisley Funeral Chapel 3015 Okeechobee Road Fort Pierce, Florida 34984. A reception will follow at the Haisley Reception Center.
