Larry Chapman, 63, died April 15, 2017 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Chapman was born in Louisville, Kentucky and moved to Fort Pierce as a child in 1962.
Larry graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School, Class of 72’. He played baseball for the Texas Rangers, and was a member of a professional flag football Hall of Fame. He was the lead singer of the Moon Shadow Band, Out on Bail Band and Flat Natural Band. He was also a tile setter and a member of the Fort Pierce Elks Lodge #1520.
Survivors include his daughters, Kati Chapman Sherrard of Lakeland, FL and Lindsey Compton of Sarasota, FL; sons, Trey Chapman of Lakeland, FL and Landon Chapman of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, Billy Chapman of Fort Pierce, FL; and granddaughter, Madison Rogers of Sarasota, FL.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Andy Chapman and parents, Lawrence & Nettie Chapman.
