Larry Wayne Ellison (Larry-okie), 65, passed away on January 29, 2022 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Larry was born on October 21, 1956 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to parents Robert F. Ellison and Beatrice J. Santee. He was a proud member of both the Sons of the Amvets (Post 15) and Sons of the American Legion (Post 358). Larry greatly enjoyed singing karaoke, Jeeps, playing in the pool league, and working on construction projects.
Larry’s survivors include his children, Joseph E. (Amanda) Ellison, Robert W. Ellison, Cari A. (James) Talarico, Diana L. Ellison, Alishia W. Ellison, and Christian W. Ellison; siblings, Cindy Carmichael, Janis Bee, Steve (Bonnie) Bailey, Kathy (Roger) Dye, Gary (Gail) Santee; significant other, Tracy Roberts; 13 grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert F. Ellison and Beatrice J. Santee; stepfather, Arther B. Santee; and son, Christopher T. Walraven.
A visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 07, 2022 from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home (3015 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida), with a 6:00 PM service to follow.
