Mr. Smith was born in Mount Gilead, Ohio and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.

He was a master mechanic at Exxon. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding 4-wheelers and anything outdoors.

Survivors include his wife, Diana Smith of Fort Pierce, FL; daughters, Latisha Smith of Fort Pierce, FL and Kellesha Smith of Kentucky; son, Andrew Smith of Fort Pierce, FL; brothers, Jimmy Smith of Fort Pierce, FL and William Smith of Florida; and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Lela Smith, sisters, Patsy Warme and Carolyn Sesco.
