Lawrence Edward Foster, 86, of Fort Pierce, Florida died December 12, 2002. Mr. Foster was born in Wolcott, New York and came to Ft. Pierce in 1996 from Mt. Vernon, Illinois.He was CEO in the water conservation industry.Survivors include his wife, Betty Foster, Fort Pierce, Florida.Services will be Saturday, December 21, 2002, 10:00 A.M., at First Presbyterian Church, Vero Beach, with Dr. G.
