Mr. Lusiak was born in Toledo, Ohio and moved to Ft Pierce in 1989.
He was a member of St Anastasia Catholic Church, VFW Post 15010, and the American Legion Post 0040. He served in the US Navy aboard the USS Belleau Wood and the USS Monterey.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Alice Lusiak of Ft Pierce, FL; daughter, Janis Mocniak of Ft Pierce, FL; son, Terry Lusiak of Orlando, FL; sister, Helen Roman of Sylvania, OH; brothers, Alvin Lusiak and Jimmy Lusiak both of Toledo, OH; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Services: A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, September 25, 2009 at 10:00 AM at St Anastasia Catholic Church.
