Mr. Spicer was a bus driver for Metro Bus Lines.Survivors include his wife of 37 years Barbara Spicer of Fort Pierce; daughters Cheryl, Diane and Carolyn; son Lewis, Jr.; sisters Lucille Johnson and Mary Rhoda and six grandchildren.
