Mrs. Stevens was a lifelong resident of Ft. Pierce, Florida.
Lois was a homemaker who loved her family and church. She was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be deeply missed.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Emory R. Stevens of Ft. Pierce, FL; daughter, Gloria Welling of Ft. Pierce, FL; grandsons, Glenn A. Triplett of Ft. Pierce, FL and Skip Welling of Ft. Pierce, FL; great-grandson, Dakota Triplett of Ft. Pierce, FL; sister, Rita Lavin of Ft. Pierce, FL; niece, Diana Lavin of Ft. Pierce, FL.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
Services: Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20, 2008 from 9-10 AM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will follow at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Brother George Absher from Palm Vista Church of God officiating. Burial will take place on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Hughes Cemetery, St. Augustine, FL. Arrangements are under the direction of Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service.
