Lois Buffington Hampton, 85, died May 31, 2007 in Ft. Pierce, Florida.Mrs. Hampton was born in Lenox, Georgia and moved to Ft. Pierce 35 years ago coming from Stuart, Florida.She was an entrepreneur. She loved animals, traveling, her family and reunions.Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Thompson of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, Darrell (Marie) Hampton of Yreka, CA; sister, Nell Tyson of Ft. Pierce, FL; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Hampton and 3 brothers and 1 sister.Services: Visitation will be held on Friday, June 1, 2007 from 6-8 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2007 at 10:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow at White City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Corwin Faullin, Donnie Tindall, Ronnie Tindall, Rodney Black, Chris Munns, Junior Harden, Brian Duenas and Rick Durham.
