Loretta C. Cobb, age 88, died on December 18, 2011 in Fort Pierce, FL. She was born in Hartford, CT and moved to Fort Pierce in 1946, coming from Hartford.
She worked several years in area hospitals as a registered nurse. She was a Charter member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Guettler of Port St. Lucie, FL; her sons, Mike Cobb of Port St. Lucie, FL and Mark Cobb of Tampa, FL; and 4 grandchildren. She was pre-ceded in death by her husband, Forrest Cobb and her son, John Cobb.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Treasure Coast, 5000 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981.
Friends may call on Thursday, December 22nd from 6-8 PM; a Wake will be held at 6PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 23rd at 10AM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
