She was a very caring and dedicated nurse, spending the last four years of her long career at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Panchyshyn of Fort Pierce, FL; ; her father, Larry Jackson of Van Wert, OH; 3 daughters, Tiffany Southerland of Van Wert, OH, Jessi Kwascigroh of Fort Wayne, IN, Elizabeth Panchyshyn of Fort Pierce, FL; 1 son, John Kwascigroh of West Palm Beach, FL and 4 grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
Friends may call on Wednesday, December 3rd, at Haisley Funeral Home Chapel, from 2-3 P.M. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 PM.
