Survivors include his wife, Genette Blount Coffin; children, Mary Coffin Willis, Cindy Coffin Elliot, Penny Lynch, Albert Coffin, Terry Coffin, Tammy Coffin, Brenda Coffin, and Louis Coffin Stevens; dog, Rusty; sister, Faye Coffin; 24 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Aaron Scott Coffin.
