Survivors include her daughter, Mary Moore of Ft. Pierce, FL; son, John Perez of Seaford, Long Island, New York; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM at White City Cemetery.
