Marcel Lacasse, 82, died April 27, 2021 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Lacasse was born in Quebec, Canada and resided in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Marcel worked as a pipefitter/welder for 44 years. He was a member of the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 630 and of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. He enjoyed building and creating projects in his self-made workshop while also spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Lucette Lacasse of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Anne (Lacasse) Zrallack; son-in-law, Joseph Zrallack; grandchildren, Kaitlin, Connor, and Kylee Zrallack all of Port St. Lucie, FL; sister, Agnes Lacasse Gagnee of Levis, Quebec; brothers, Leon Lacasse & wife, Pauline of Levis, Quebec and Andre Lacasse & wife, Georgette of Sarnia, Ontario; and several nieces and nephews in addition to family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edmond Lacasse & Rose-Aimee Bourget; brothers and sisters, Paul Lacasse, Benoit Lacasse, Bernadette Lacasse, Roland Lacasse, Maurice Lacasse, Lucille Lacasse, Helene Lacasse, Pauline Lacasse, and Roger Lacasse.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Arthritis Foundation, Treasure Coast Hospice or a charity of your choice.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, Fort Pierce.
