Marcella “Marcy” Anne Ladd
Marcy Ladd, age 85, died on July, 15 2012, in Port St. Lucie, FL. She was born in Sioux Falls, SD and moved to Port St. Lucie twenty three years ago, coming from Atlanta, GA.
She was an administration assistant, retiring from the IBM Corporation, after 24 years. She was a member of St. Lucie Catholic Church, volunteered for St. Vincent de Paul, and for the St. Lucie County Meals on Wheels.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3375 20th St., Suite 100. Indian River Unit Vero Beach, FL 32960.
She is survived by her sons; Timothy McGuire of Kingston, NY, Patrick McGuire of Hurley, NY; brothers; Tom West of FL, Steven West of Sioux Falls, SD; sisters, Rita Geary of Pueblo, CO, Mary Beth Haley of Sioux Falls, SD; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 9:30 AM, at St. Lucie Catholic Church. The inurnment will take place at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
