Mr. Kelly was born in Jacksonville, Florida and moved to Ft. Pierce in 2011 coming from Homestead, Florida.
He was a nuclear planner for the Power Plant.
Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Laura Kelly of Ft. Pierce, FL; sons, Marcus Kelly of Lantana, FL and Michael Kelly of Jupiter, FL; sisters, Alden Cooper of Dunnellon, FL and Holly Ennis of Warrington, VA; brothers, Terry C. Kelly, III of Honolulu, Hawaii, Robert Kelly, Mason Crabtree and Christopher Kelly all of Jacksonville, FL; and 1 granddaughter.
