Margaret P. "Peggy" Bennett

Margaret P. “Peggy” Bennett, 80, passed away on March 8, 2023 in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Mrs. Bennett was born in Richmond, Virginia and moved to Fort Pierce 10 years ago.

Peggy loved to scrapbooking, reading, watching golf, football and NASCAR.  She was a member of Grace Calvary Baptist Church in Vero Beach and LEH Township Calvary Baptist.  Over the years, she was a Sunday School Teacher.  Her family meant the world to her, she adored her grandchildren and family. She would never forget a birthday or anniversary, she was always very thoughtful and was always happy.

Survivors include her sons, Edward Harry (Barbara Eileen) Bennett, Jr. of Dagsboro, DE, James Chester Bennett of Fort Pierce, FL, David (Judith) Bennett of LEH Township, NJ and Michael Joseph (Jennifer) Bennett of Manahawkin, NJ; sister, Cheryl Martin of LEH Township, NJ; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bennett, Sr.
