Margaret M Callahan

Margaret M. Callahan (nee Watson) 91, of Ft. Pierce, Fl.; formerly of Sweetwater, NJ passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014 at her residence. Born in Philadelphia, Pa. on June 20, 1922, Margaret was a devoted homemaker, wife, and mother and all her efforts was a practicing Catholic to her husband and children. She was predeceased by her parents James and Sally Watson, daughter Mary, and son Paul. Surviving are her husband of 71 years, John Callahan and children; Thomasina, Kathy, Peggy, Nellie, Kelly, Megan, Michael, and Sean. In addition, she is survived by her sister; Virginia, 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Saturday, February 22, 2014 from 9 AM at the St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, St. Anthony Church, 285 Rt 206 Hammonton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM with interment to follow in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hammonton. Local arrangements were entrusted to Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service and northern arrangements to Landolfi Funeral Home.
