Mrs. Tulai was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and was a resident of Fort Pierce for 50 years coming from Detroit, Michigan.Mrs. Tulai was a homemaker and a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church.Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Hale of Fort Pierce, and Margaret McCoy of Spring Hill, Florida, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
